These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of products and services provided by Lead Tools LLC ("Lead Tools," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Lead Tools product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Lead Tools provides AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) products including but not limited to RoofCalc, BotForge, CashCopy, and MailForge. These tools are designed to assist businesses with lead generation, content creation, and operational efficiency.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or malicious content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell access without authorization.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our products use artificial intelligence to generate content including estimates, copy, and communications. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed by the user before use. Lead Tools is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any data you provide to our services. Content generated by our AI tools for your account is yours to use. The Lead Tools platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lead Tools LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@lead-tools.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
